Downstairs, a fully finished lower level adds a second living space with its own wet bar and dining area, perfect for movie nights or spreading out with a bigger group.
Free street parking is included on the property, a real bonus so close to the university and highway access. You're a short drive from Confederation Park, North Hill and Market Mall shopping, and downtown Calgary, with transit options nearby as well.
