It's a cozy and clean apartment and has everything we needed. The only min point is that it's on a relatively main road and so you hear the traffic.

Wonderful Family Stay

We had a great stay! The home was clean and well stocked with necessary items. There was plenty of space for my daughters and I to spread out. The house is close to the bus stop, close to a grocery store, and there is a nice walking path nearby as well. The only issue we had was the TV in the living room did not work for us, but we were able to use the TVs in the bedrooms, it was just a little harder to hang out comfortably when watching the EuroCup games.

Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung. Sehr sauber, vollständig ausgestattet, schönes Bad mit grosser Dusche, grosses Wohnzimmer, drei Fernseher und einen gemütlichen Gartensitzplatz. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. In der nahen Umgebung gab es ein Geschäft für den täglichen Bedarf und einen Getränkemarkt. Vor dem Haus waren genügend Parkplätze vorhanden.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung wieder mieten. Danke an den Vermieter.Klaus Dieter Petersen

Super viel Platz. Sauber. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und eine Bushaltestelle gleich nebenan. Super leise, trotz Straßenverkehr und Kirche direkt vor der Tür. Auch der Gastgeber ist super nett.

Die Ferienwohnung war so, wie sie beschrieben war. Sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen Aufenthalt erforderlich ist. Einzig der Außenbereich könnte noch etwas gemütlicher gestaltet werden.Konnten von dort aus schöne Fahrradtouren starten.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung, sie war hell und modern eingerichtet. An der Hauptstraße fuhr direkt der Bus.Es fehlten Duschtücher und ein Duschvorleger. Das Geschirr stand teilweise schmutzig im Schrank. Die Matratzen waren sehr hart und das Spannbettuch war fleckig

Kurzurlaub in Kassel

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Wir sind als Familie gereist und es war alles für uns vier vorhanden. Neben einem Parkplatz vor der Tür, gibt es eine nahe Bushaltestelle und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in laufnähe. Wir werden diese Unterkunft bestimmt nochmal mieten!

Schöner Kurztrip

Sehr schönes Haus und die Umgebung ist toll. Direkt ein Edeka zum einkaufen und der Bus ist auch nicht weit.

Ein sehr gutes Ziel für einen Kurzurlaub mit der Familie

Die komplett frisch renovierte Wohnung war ideal für unseren Kurzurlaub mit Großeltern, Eltern und knapp zweijährigem Kind. Obwohl i Erdgeschoß gelegen, geht es erstmal eine paar Stufen zum Eingang hinauf, was für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung wichtig zu wissen ist. Die Ausstattung war komplett und drei großen Flachbildschirmen auf dem neuesten Stand. Die Lage an einer innerörtlich mittelmäßig befahrenen Straße naturgemäß nicht ganz ruhig, aber mit Dreifachverglasung kann man die Straße aussperren und wenn man zum Garten die halbe Treppe hinuntergeht ist es ruhig. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Gerne empfehlen wir das Objekt weiter.

Wir hatten einen entspannten und schönen Urlaub. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Kassel Stadtzentrum mit dem Auto ein Katzensprung. Vermieter sehr entgegenkommend. Gerne wieder 😉

Moderne Unterkunft bestens ausgestattet

Die Wohnung bietet alles, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt notwendig ist. Neu und modern ausgestattet. Die Fenster haben Rolläden und schirmen den PKW-Verkehr der straße sehr gut ab. Das Schlafzimmer zum Garten bietet absolute Ruhe. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Ein Supermarkt direkt auf der gleichen Straßenseite wenige Meter entfernt. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich super schön! Sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief auch ohne Probleme und die Anbindung zum Hauptbahnhof sowie die Parkmöglichkeiten sind klasse. Gerne wieder.
