Amazing spot. Close to downtown, s0hopping and resturaunts without the city feel. Great outside space wth River views. Property was clean and owner was quick with communicating! I would definately recommend this property!

The area is nice; you’re close enough to Nashville while being in nature. I was disappointed in the river access. I confirmed before booking that we would have access to the river for fishing or kayaking from the backyard as the pictures show a fence with a gate between the yard and the river. But when we arrived there was a combination lock on the gate and the path to the water was severely overgrown, obvious that it as we as the fire pot area have not been well maintained for some time. When we texted again asking about access I’m fairly certain I was dealing with an automated reminder. Additionally the bedrooms do not have air conditioning so if you close the door for privacy be ready to sweat in bed. If I had known of these things beforehand I would have booked elsewhere.
