Horrible experience

This is the worst experience I have ever had with any property! There is very little parking and all on the street, I was told there was parking. The person who checked us in spoke NO English but the listing showed that they were English speaking. There is a very foul odor in the apartment, I'm not sure whether it is the water or the natural gas, but it is making us sick. The toilet is not bolted down correctly and rocks when you sit on it. The air conditioning is totally insufficient for the size of the apartment and we were told there was air conditioning. Also, when I called to ask about parking after returning for the evening the person who answered spoke NO English, and handed the phone to a male who just kept saying the parking is public. I had to hope my car did not get towed! This is ridiculous, almost a joke how bad it is! I am so disappointed and my family is upset that this part of our trip has been ruined. Worst experience ever, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone!
