Cozy on the island

Arrived mid week....such a easy smooth entrance to our cute little trailer. A nice neighbourhood, close to the sweet little village and powerful fresh beach (and sea) ....it was foggy and so mysterious looking. Quiet and restful if that is what someone needs.

oh my god !

the worst housing rental experience ! Gabriele was nice but it was not enough. The chalet was so dirty, we spent our first day in cleaning it. I do not recommend.

The dishes and cutlery were clean, but there was no kitchen linen provided. Detritus and personal belongings in storage boxes were crowded into the small space. The beds had dirty sheets and soiled dirty mattress covers that we were surprised to be asked to leave on the beds (and just put our sheets on top). The small hallway contained broom dustpan, vacuum, two large bins. The closet had a dirty bathrobe other personal items and the food cupboard was full of tiny bottles, out of date and half-used, near empty oil bottles, etc. There was hardly room for our things anywhere because of all the locked cupboards.

Wir kamen zuversichtlich an. Das Chalet hat intensiv nach Hund gestunken. Es ist sehr heruntergekommen und dreckig. So richtig alter, lange gewachsener Schmutz. Das "Badezimmer" war das Highlight, dort mischt sich der Hundegeruch mit Schimmelgeruch. Der blanke Hohn sind die an allen möglichen Stellen "Bitte sauber hinterlassen". Die Vermieterin bot Abhilfe durch den Putzdienst an. Tatsächlich ist es dort nicht mit einmal normalem Putzdienst getan. Sie schrieb, was im nächsten Jahr alles renoviert werden sollte. Das half uns leider nicht weiter für unseren Urlaub. Desweiteren bot sie einen Preisnachlass von 25 an, bei dem von uns für 7 Nächte bezahlten Preis in Höhe von 921,98 der blanke Hohn. Tatsächlich haben wir den Aufenthalt nach 5 Nächten abgebrochen. Die anderen Chalets in der Anlage sind weit besser in Schuß, von Nr. 58 kann ich nur abraten!

Goed bereikbaar. Klein, maar gezellig huisje; veel spullen van eigenaar, waardoor moeite met opbergen eigen spullen. Alles werkte, alleen tv gaf veel storing bij minder weer.

Leider das schlechteste Haus am. Platz

Der gesamte Zustand des Hauses ist Katastrophal unser Urlaub wurde uns so versaut, das wir bereits nach 3 Tagen abgereist sind. Selbst das strandhaus das wir für 80€zusätzlich gebucht haben war lächerlich und total renovierungsbedürftig genauer kann ich nicht drauf eingehen ohne beleidigend zu werden ich habe alles mit Bildern und Videos festgehalten eigentlich gehört so ein Vermieter verklagt

Chalet 58

Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Der grill der für die Gäste war ist verrostet und die grill gut zange lag auch auf den grill und war ebendso verrostet . Die Anlage ist super . Aber das Chalet 58 ist nicht weiter zu empfehlen leider 🙈

Schöne Insel, toller Strand, freundliche Menschen - Unterkunft nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

TEXEL super. Chalet leider das am wenigsten ansprechende von allen im Umfeld. Voll beladen zur Nutzung für Eigner. Sauberkeit verbesserungsfähig (Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, etc.) Kfz- Stellplatz = Farce!

Leider nicht schön.

Wir müssen uns leider ebenfalls der Bewertung von Iris T. anschließen. Zudem war die Toilette bei unserer Ankunft total verdreckt, so dass wir erst einmal Putzmittel kaufen und eine Grundreinigung durchführen mussten. Auch die Küche war nicht sauber. Ein Kopfkissen war Blutbefleckt, was überhaupt nicht geht! Alles in allem ist es absolut nicht angemessen, das Chalet für eine solch hohe Summe zu vermieten!

Bij aankomst was het even wennen aan de verzorging van tuin, het drukke interieur en prularia in het gehele chalet. Dit was deels bij ons bekend. Wij hebben prima geslapen en gewoond.Niet veel thuis geweest, zodat wij ons niet echt gestoord hebben aan de overtollige inboedel. De laatste poetsbeurt had beter gekund. Wij moesten ervoor betalen, het was niet niet overal schoon.Eigenaresse was wel gastvrij, we mochten zelfs nog wat langer blijven. Hebben we maar niet gedaan. Klaar mee eigenlijk.

Wir waren im Sept.2022 dort und schließen uns der Bewertung von IrisT. "Bruchbude" von Juli 2022 (die leider erst nach unserer Buchung veröffentlich wurde) voll an und möchten noch eine Ergänzung zum Bad machen. In der Duschkabine steckt der Schimmel ( den man auch riechen kann, es riecht so als ob die Geruchsverschlüsse ausgetrocknet sind ). Man sieht ihn sofort an den Wandanschlüsse der Duschkabine und dem Übergang Wand/Boden. Auch von außen .

Schöne, gemütliche Unterkunft

Schönes Chalet in einer super Anlage mit einem tollen Spielplatz/Fitnesspark. Das Chalet ist gemütlich, zweckmäßig und gut ausgestattet. Der kleine, private Innenhof des Chalets ist ein schönes Extra. Daumen hoch!

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Niet echt schoon en rommelig. De eigenaar deed er alles aan om het ons naar de zin te maken tijdens het verblijf. Maar eigenlijk niet goed voor de verhuur. Douche deed het niet goed, doordat er overal water uit kwam en he moest de douche kop beet houden tijdens het douche. etc

Chalet auf Texel

Das Objekt war für 2 Nächte ok. Das Haus hatte alles was man brauchte. Das Grundstück war für meinen Geschmack nicht gepflegt, aber man konnte draußen sitzen. Der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin war sehr angenehm und sie war stets sehr bemüht. Alles in allem war es ok, aber für das Geld geht es besser.

Bruchbude

In meinen Augen ist dieses vollgepropfte Chalet eine Beleidung für Feriengäste, die solche Preise bezahlen. Alles an und in dem Haus ist ein Sammelsurium; es wirkt für mich so, als ab dort alles gelandet ist, was man woanders loswerden wollte... Wohnzimmer: In, auf, neben dem Mobilar liegen Sachen und Gerätschaften. Von dem Sofa bekam ich entweder Nacken- oder Rückenschmerzen. Der Fernseher funktioniert allerdings einwandfrei. Die Möbel selber scheinen asbachuralt. "Großes Schlafzimmer": Uralte Klimanlage, der nicht zu trauen war. Auch hier in den Schränken jede Menge Privatkram. Es stand ja in der Anzeige, daß da Privatzeug ist, aber in diesem Ausmaß fühlt man sich als Feriengast eher als Eindringling. Als Matratzenschoner lag ein Spannbettlaken auf der Matratze, dieses war allerdings ekelig mit Haaren verziert. "Kleines Schlafzimmer": Die Betten sind 70 Zentimeter! Das kam auf den Bildern nicht so rüber. Also nur für Kinder oder sehr schmale Erwachsene geeignet. Bad: ca. 2 scheußliche Quadratmeter. Absolute antiquiert und sieht auch nicht so aus, als ob das jemals professionell gemacht wurde, sondern eher alles provisorisch. In der Dusche kann man nicht freihändig duschen, sondern muss die Brause festhalten. Wenig Platz, und der ist auch noch vollgestellt mit einer Heizung, (die man für den Sommer auch woanders hätte parken können) und weiteren Kisten der Eigentümer unterm Waschbecken. Küche: Alles funktioniert, für ein Ferienhaus ziemlich viele Geräte vorhanden. Aber auch hier ein fröhliches Sammelsurium, das die Augen beleidigt! Die Messer sind entweder stumpf oder abgebrochen, Topfdeckel ohne Knauf, jede Menge Gläserpaare, teilweise zersprungenes Zeug. Das Strandhaus: An Paal 17, auch hier eine herbe Enttäuschung: Rumpelkammer, ca. 500 m vom Parkplatz entfernt, ca. 250 m von der nächsten Lokalität, nur zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ich habe mir einige andere Chalets in dem Ferienpark angesehen. Für das gleiche Geld sind die alle chic und modern. Dieses ist nicht empfehlenswert und ich würde mich schämen, das auch unentgeltlich an Freunde zu verleihen.
