The house is located about a 450-meter walk from the Baltic Sea beach, and the bakery, supermarket, and Stolz department store are all within easy walking distance.<br><br>The “Ferienwohnung meine große Auszeit” holiday rental is located on the ground floor.<br><br>The entryway features a coat closet with a key box and connects to the living areas via a hallway.<br>The separate, new kitchen is equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a fully automatic coffee machine. There is also a dining area for two people in the kitchen.<br><br>The adjoining living room has a dining area that seats up to six people. The living room features a spacious wall unit and a couch area with a table and a flat-screen TV. From here, you can access the patio area with a grill and patio furniture, as well as the garden.<br>The large bedroom features a double bed with two nightstands and dimmable bedside lamps, as well as a large closet.
