The bright living area includes a sofa, a coffee table, two armchairs, and a TV. The spacious, west-facing balcony adjoins the living area.
Here you can enjoy the magnificent view and the sunsets.

The kitchen area features a modern, open layout that flows into the living-dining area and is equipped with a high-quality built-in kitchen.
Dishes, silverware, glasses, as well as pots and pans are provided.
Please note that household supplies and consumables such as dish towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, etc., are not included; please bring these with you.

The bedroom features a modern double bed with nightstands and a wardrobe.
The furnishings are modern and high-quality, with lighting adding a touch of style.
Underfloor heating throughout the apartment provides cozy warmth on cooler days.

The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a modern shower.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment.

Upon request, a travel crib with a mattress and/or a high chair for toddlers can be borrowed at the front desk.
Shared washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, are available for a fee in our laundry room on the first floor of Building No. 48 (behind the front desk).

A free parking space is available to you for the duration of your stay.

Bachelor and bachelorette parties, as well as similar celebrations, parties, or events, are not permitted at this property.
For safety reasons, barbecuing is prohibited throughout the entire vacation park.

The apartment is connected to the fiber-optic network and offers excellent internet reception.
