Gute Lage, zentral und doch ruhig

Das Gebäude ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und somit sowohl innen als auch aussen etwas unansehnlich. Für Menschen mit etwas höheren Ansprüchen nicht empfehlenswert, obwohl die Sauberkeit und die ruhige Umgebung in Ordnung waren.
