Apartment newly renovated in 2022 with underfloor heating and private entrance in a lovingly restored, traditional Frankenwald farmhouse. The thick fieldstone walls keep it pleasantly cool in the summer.<br>The apartment features a (double) bed and a small sleeper sofa. <br>An additional travel cot can be provided.<br>A kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop, convection oven, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher leaves nothing to be desired.<br>There is also a washer-dryer on-site.<br>For children, there is a play tower with climbing features and a swing.<br>The accommodation is located in a very quiet, picturesque hiking area with a great view over the rolling hills of the Franconian Forest, directly above the scenic Steinach Gorge. <br>Cyclists and mountain bikers will find plenty to enjoy in the region. In winter, the nearby cross-country ski trails offer opportunities for physical activity. <br>The cities of Kronach, Kulmbach, Hof, and Bayreuth are each only 20–35 km away.<br><br>An invoice showing VAT can be issued (excluding agency fees).

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und die sehr gut ausgestattete, kleine Wohnung ist schön und ausreichend. Allerdings waren wir überrascht, dass die Wohnung nur mit einer normalen Zimmertür von der Vermieterwohnung getrennt ist. So bekommt man viel vom Leben nebenan mit.

Sehr gut ausgestattet, freundlich & ruhig

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem sehr kleinen, sehr ruhigen Dorf. Es gibt kaum Durchfahrtsverkehr. Man kann direkt per Fuß zum spazieren oder wandern aufbrechen oder mit dem Auto zu den nächsten Wanderparkplätzen oder Städten (z.B. Touristeninfo in Stadtsteinach) gelangen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, ebenso sind Kaffee, Tee und Gewürze vorhanden. Der Pool hat eine angenehme Größe und Temperatur. Terrasse, Spielplatz, Trampolin usw können ebenfalls mitbenutzt werden. Auf dem Anwesen wohnen zwei Katzen. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und hilfreich.
