Admirable and clean accommodation!

We had a wonderful stay at the house. It was very convenient to the sea, local ice cream shop and grocery store. The pool on premise was a bonus for a refreshing swim after lunch and relaxing in the evenings. The owners were very helpful in answering any questions we had.

Family visit

The property is well located, near to the beach, local shops and restaurants. Pool is decent size and brought lot of fun for kids. Villa is freshly renovated and contains all stuff needed for pleasant summer holiday. Nice bonus is EV charger near by. Owner communication is excellent. We did enjoy our stay and we can highly recommend this property.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub in der Villa Šilo – absolute Empfehlung!

Wir haben vom 27.07. bis 05.08.2026 als vierköpfige Familie unseren Sommerurlaub in der Villa Šilo auf der Insel Krk verbracht und hatten eine wirklich wunderschöne Zeit. Bereits die Buchung über das Portal verlief sehr unkompliziert. Besonders positiv möchten wir den Kontakt vor Ort hervorheben: Fragen wurden sowohl vor unserer Anreise als auch während des Aufenthalts immer sehr freundlich und vor allem zeitnah beantwortet. Auch die Anreise zum Ferienhaus und der Zugang zur Villa funktionierten vollkommen problemlos. Schon bei unserer Ankunft waren wir von der Villa und insbesondere vom Außenbereich begeistert. Der große Pool, der sehr gepflegte Außenbereich und die schöne Außenküche haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir einen großen Teil unserer Zeit draußen verbringen konnten. Gerade bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen war der Pool natürlich ein absolutes Highlight für die ganze Familie. Auch im Haus selbst hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Für uns als vierköpfige Familie war die Aufteilung nahezu perfekt: drei Schlafzimmer, drei Bäder und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche boten mehr als ausreichend Platz und Komfort. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Familienurlaub benötigt. Einen kleinen Abstrich würden wir lediglich beim WLAN bzw. Mobilfunkempfang machen. Die Verbindung war nicht überall zuverlässig beziehungsweise teilweise nur mit geringer Bandbreite verfügbar. Für uns persönlich war das im Familienurlaub allerdings kein großes Problem – vielleicht sogar eine ganz angenehme Gelegenheit, das Handy öfter einmal zur Seite zu legen. 😉 Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist die Lage der Villa. Für uns war sie nahezu perfekt: Badestrände, Bäcker, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vieles mehr sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Tatsächlich haben wir unser Auto während des gesamten Aufenthalts kein einziges Mal benötigt. Es stand die ganze Zeit auf dem sehr großzügigen privaten Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, der sogar durch ein elektrisches Tor gesichert ist – etwas, das man dort auch nicht überall sieht. 😉 Auch Šilo selbst und die Umgebung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das glasklare Wasser der Adria, die schönen Badeplätze und die Wege rund um Šilo laden zum Baden, Spazierengehen und Erkunden ein. Dazu hatten wir während unseres Aufenthalts durchgehend sonniges Sommerwetter mit Temperaturen von teilweise bis zu 38 °C – für unseren Badeurlaub einfach perfekt. Wir haben diese Tage als Familie wirklich sehr genossen und konnten wunderbar abschalten. Die Kombination aus einer tollen Villa, dem großen Pool, der hervorragenden Lage, dem wunderschönen Meer und der entspannten Atmosphäre hat unseren Urlaub zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Wir würden die Villa Šilo jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie insbesondere Familien uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Nur eine kleine Anmerkung, ein Deckenventilator im Außenbereich wäre gut. Ein Fernseher in der Küche wäre vielleicht sinnvoller als nur in einem Schlafzimmer (da könnten alle schauen). Die Elektrogeräte in der Küche sind in einem sehr gutem zustand. Das Haus und das gesamte Grundstück ist sehr sauber. Der Pool wurde zwei mal in der Woche gereinigt. The holiday home was beautifully clean when we arrived. A complimentary bottle of wine and mineral water were waiting for us on the table. Thanks to the AC, we could maintain a pleasant temperature inside, while the pool was clean and just the right temperature. The large fridge, washing machine, and dishwasher made our stay incredibly comfortable. We had a great time! Thank you!

Major-league holiday!

Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub in einem schönen Haus. Strand, Restaurants, Supermarkt, Hafen ist alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren insgesamt zu sechst (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) und genau dafür ist die Unterkunft mit ihren 3 Schlafzimmern mit jeweils direkt angrenzenden Bädern auch gut ausgelegt. Ev. zu beachten ist dabei, dass das Schlafzimmer im EG doch etwas kleiner ist und keine eigene Klimaanlage hat. Für unsere beiden Kids hat das aber trotzdem sehr gut gepasst. Highlight für uns war neben dem Pool der Außenbereich mit den gemauerten Grill, den wir auch fleißig genutzt haben.

Glorious residence!

Zuerst waren wir etwas skeptisch, als wir die letzte Bewertung gelesen hatten und hatten wirklich Angst eine schlechte Wahl mit der Unterkunft getroffen zu haben. Zu unserer Reisegruppe: 2 Personen Ende 50, 3 Personen Anfang 30 und ein Kleinkind im Alter von 2,5 Jahren. Der Check-In verlief unkompliziert per Schlüsselkasten, der Hausbesitzer kam trotzdem vorbei und nahm uns persönlich in Empfang. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und bietet alles was man für eine Woche Auszeit braucht. Die 2 Schlafzimmer im 1. Obergeschoss haben angrenzende Bäder und im unteren Schlafzimmer ist das Bad ebenfalls direkt nebenan. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und draußen wartet ein toller Grill mit allen Utensilien um direkt loszulegen. Der Kühlschrank war bereits mit ein paar Willkommensdrinks ausgestattet und auch ein nettes Schreiben lag bereit. Der Besitzer war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und gab tolle Tipps! Wir kommen gerne wieder - danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

High-end vacation!

Je ne recommande absolument pas cette villa qui n’est pas du tout adaptée pour les séjours en famille. Il n’y a aucune clôture, seulement une chaîne de chantier en plastique et le “jardin” donne sur deux rues très fréquentées qui ne laissent aucune intimité. Des gens s’arrêtent parfois pour regarder la piscine et l’intérieur du jardin ne laissant aucune vie privée aux occupants de la villa. On a l’impression d’être dans une mauvaise émission de télé réalité. Le ménage était fait de manière très approximative et les matériaux n’étaient pas de qualité. Par ailleurs, n’accordez aucune confiance au statut de Superhost du soi-disant Tomislav. Il s’agit en réalité d’une entreprise possédant plusieurs autres villas. Nous avons réellement eu l’impression d’être considérés comme des portefeuilles munis de jambes. Aucun accueil à l’arrivée, les clefs étaient sous le paillasson (n’importe qui aurait pu les prendre). Aucune boisson dans le réfrigérateur et aucun renseignement sur les bonnes adresses de l’île (quand j’ai voulu me renseigner, une employée de cette entreprise m’a conseillé d’utiliser internet…). La piscine n’est pas sécurisée pour les jeunes enfants. En conclusion cet hébergement est beaucoup trop cher par rapport aux prestations proposées.

Unfortunately, we had an extremely lot of problems with Antoine. Really a lot of complaining, even about smallest issues - at the end, everything just to get a refund. All complaints to airbnb were solved in our favour, so there is nothing more to say here.

Great stay!

Très jolie maison toute neuve. Beaux matériaux, très bien équipée de neuf également. 3 chambres dont une petite et 3 salles de bain très pratiques. La piscine est très agréable (même si pour le moment elle donne un peu sur la rue mais ce ne sera plus le cas quand les arbres l’entourant auront poussé). La maison est bien située à quelques pas d’un petit supermarché et surtout quelques minutes d’une plage de sable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et ne pouvons que recommander!
