Köck-chalet - Köck's Chalet

Our newly built wooden chalet combines all the advantages of a modern home with the warmth and down-to-earth charm of the Sölktal region. With 130 m² of living space, it comfortably accommodates up to six people, and if needed, there are three to a maximum of five additional sleeping spots. The chalet is ideal for a family holiday and is located right here on our Köck Farm, so if you’re interested, you can experience everyday farm life up close.
Our fully equipped kitchen is state-of-the-art: All the appliances you need for daily use are provided, as well as plenty of dishes and silverware. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available free of charge. But once you’ve arrived here in the Sölktal, you’ll likely soon find that the fireplace in the Köck Chalet is all you need—it invites you to gather comfortably at the end of an eventful day—or simply to do nothing at all. 
Our farm is in a secluded location, so you can enjoy the unspoiled nature of the Sölktal Valley right from your first cup of coffee in the sun by the chalet’s exterior wall. For a hearty breakfast, you can get fresh milk and eggs from the farm. Our water comes from the farm’s own spring. 
Please understand that pets are not allowed inside the chalet—we already have enough of our own :)
Summer:
In the hiking paradise of the Sölk Valley, you’ll find beautiful alpine meadows, turquoise-blue lakes, family-friendly hiking trails, and challenging routes for experienced hikers. Together with our Tyrolean Grey Cattle, we spend the summer on our family-owned alpine pasture—why not hike up to us and experience alpine life! If you’re looking to cool off on hot days, head to the swimming pool in Gröbming or the nearby swimming lakes. We’re also a Summer Card partner!

Winter:
From our holiday home, you can reach the “Vier Berge” ski area—Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen, and Reiteralm—as well as the family-friendly Galsterbergalm ski area in just 15 minutes by car. But even those who prefer to enjoy the tranquility of winter will find plenty to love: The Sölktäler Nature Park offers beautiful routes for ski tourers, snowshoe hikers, cross-country skiers, or a leisurely winter stroll away from the hustle and bustle. 



Köck’s Chalet:

With 130 m² of living space, our chalet comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. In addition to 3 bedrooms, there’s a cosy living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining nook, couch, and wood-burning stove, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet.



On-site fees: Please understand that pets are not allowed in the chalet—we already have enough of our own :)



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
