• Relax on the large patio with open views and enjoy outdoor games including Badminton, Volleyball, Cornhole, Spike Ball and more.

• There is an RV parked on the property (210 ft from the house & not visible from the house). Occasionally the owner will utilize the office or RV during your stay, but your privacy is our top priority!
• This is a quiet, private property intended for registered guests only (no parties or events)
• All out-buildings are off limits, except for the exercise room at the end of the barn, which you are welcome to use.
• Please no smoking or vaping inside the home
• No Pets: We love animals, but we cannot accommodate pets of any kind.
• Pool Table and Dart Board are for adult use only
• For safety & security, please note that there are exterior cameras in place

Peaceful Pasture Farm is a quaint farmhouse in a beautiful country setting that was perfect for our weekend getaway. It is located between Saratoga and Lake George, which is what we were looking for. The first night we grilled and had a fire. There was plenty of firewood, outdoor games and activities to use. We took a morning walk around the property which was so pretty and peaceful. Audrey, the owner made sure to give us all the information we needed leading up to our stay. She was kind enough to let us check in a few hours early, which we greatly appreciated. She also had a basket with complimentary horseshoes and 250 anniversary commemorative magnets for us to take home. The price of our stay was very reasonable. The home had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this place and would come back again.

Peaceful Pasture Farm is a working hay farm that was purchased a couple of years ago. On the 30 acre property is a historic house, that was completely renovated. There is also a large barn, utility shed and detached garage, which is used as an office. Currently there are no animals in the barn but eventually, we would like to use it as an animal rescue.

Why they chose this property

The house is just over a mile from town. Most of Fort Edward is made up of beautiful farmland. There are numerous scenic drives throughout the Adirondacks and into Vermont. Saratoga and Lake George are just an easy 23 min drive

What makes this property unique

30 acres with a mile hiking path surrounding the hay field. Views of the Vermont Green Mountain Range. From the back of the property are beautiful views of the Adirondack Mountain Range. Step back in time in this historic 1791 house which was recently renovated while keeping the charm.
