Each room is equipped with Sonos surround sound, and all outdoor decks feature these speakers as well. For music enthusiasts, a grand piano is also available to play. Smart TVs with complimentary Netflix and Amazon Prime can be found in both the living room and every bedroom. Guests are also provided with their own unique security code for front door entry, ensuring maximum safety and privacy.

In addition to these amenities, The Downtown Modern offers a variety of optional extras to enhance your stay. You can choose to have the pool heated, rent Stand Up Paddleboards, or rent a Mercedes or Jaguar F Type to explore the city in style.
