Welcome to Canoa Ranch Retreat — a thoughtfully designed desert escape made for relaxing stays, remote work, and gathering with friends and family. This spacious 2 bed, 2 bath home features a comfortable king suite and a cozy queen bedroom complete with a dedicated desk space perfect for remote work or quiet mornings catching up online.



The open living room offers plenty of space to unwind together, while the private front patio and fully fenced backyard patio create peaceful outdoor areas to enjoy Arizona’s beautiful sunshine and quiet desert evenings.



The fully stocked kitchen includes all the essential cookware and tools needed for easy meals at home, along with updated appliances and a separate washer and dryer to make longer stays comfortable and convenient.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the entire home, including the driveway, garage, front patio, and fully fenced backyard patio. The home is exclusively yours to enjoy during your stay. Please note that one hallway closet is locked and reserved for owner/storage use.

Canoa Ranch Retreat is located in a quiet gated community near the beautiful Canoa Ranch Golf Club in Green Valley, AZ. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and perfect for relaxing desert getaways, morning walks, and enjoying Arizona’s stunning sunsets. Guests love the calm atmosphere while still being conveniently close to golf, hiking, local restaurants, and everyday essentials.



Getting Around:

We recommend having a car during your stay to fully enjoy everything the area has to offer. Canoa Ranch Retreat is conveniently located about 15 minutes from Tubac, 20 minutes from Tucson, and approximately 30 minutes from Tucson International Airport. While the gated neighborhood is peaceful and great for walking, a vehicle is needed for accessing shopping, restaurants, hiking, golf, and nearby attractions.



Other Things to Note:

This is in a 55+ community so the primary renter must meet this age requirement.
