Guest Access:

As our esteemed guests, you'll enjoy exclusive access to the entire home and the beautiful private backyard. Private off-street parking is included for your convenience. The garage and 1 locked closet are used for owner storage and are NOT available. To ensure a seamless check-in process, we use a smart lock system that allows you to self check-in at your comfort — controlled directly from the guest app.

The home offers private off-street parking for guests. Didn't bring a car? No worries! Ride share apps pick up within minutes, and the Monon Trail is right around the corner for biking or walking. The IndyGo Red Line is also nearby for easy access to downtown and other Indy hot spots.

We take cleanliness seriously—this property is carefully cleaned and inspected after every stay to ensure the highest standards. Our team follows thorough cleaning protocols, paying close attention to every detail so you can enjoy a fresh and welcoming space. We take pride in providing a stay that feels just as comfortable and well-maintained as home.

We are excited to host you and want to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay! To maintain the safety of our properties, neighbors, and community, we require a third-party verification and a signed rental agreement for all reservations. If you're uncomfortable with this process, we're happy to cancel your reservation penalty-free if it was booked within the last 24 hours. All of your information is securely handled and deleted upon checkout. You will have the option to pay a refundable security deposit or non refundable waiver.



This property is equipped with exterior security cameras located at the main entrance. These are motion activated and can be remotely monitored to ensure a secure and comfortable stay. Additionally, we have a Minut sensor inside the home in the main living area that tracks sound levels and smoke detection but does not record audio. Tampering with cameras or sensor will result in additional fees.
