Fab property

Great location, not far from the centre of pula and all the tourist attractions, but still far enough to be peaceful and quiet. The owner and her family were just beautiful people very warm and welcoming nothing was too much trouble, met us on arrival took us around the property which was absolutley lovely very clean,warm and beautifully finished well equipt we were only there 3 nights but could easily have stayed much longer.

Beyond the expectations

This is the first property thats has exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic, few minutes walk to Valbandon beach, bakery and small shop. Pula city center and all other shopping centres are few minutes away by car. The house it self is completely new, very tastefully designed with stunning garden and jacuzzi. Very quite and peaceful. Inside you have everything you for the daily needs. The property is clean and extremely well maintained. The owners are super charming and warm.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet und hatte alles was man zum Kochen etc. braucht. Pool war auch schön nur leider Ende September zu kalt zum baden. Für die Kinder wäre etwas mehr zum Spielen optimal gewesen aber es war ausreichend. Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir dort einen tollen Urlaub.

Top locatie

Na een lange reis van Krimml/Oostenrijk zijn we dan toch rond 17.30h bij ons huisje in Kroatië toegekomen. We hadden direct een warme ontvangst van de gastfamilie. Na de rondleiding in het huisje kregen we nog chocolade als welkom aangeboden, en van de vader kregen we en borrel aangeboden. Na het thuis komen van de winkel stond en zakje met verse tomaten op tafel. Hoe lief is dat! Zondag ochtend kregen we nog een zakje met verse vijgen. Het zijn zo liefe gastheren. Gewoon weg TOP. Super leuk.

Sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus

Das Haus liegt am Rande von Pula. Gut zu erreichen und nur 700m zum Strand. Wir haben am Anreisetag schon eine Nachricht von der Vermieterin bekommen mit einer Wegbeschreibung und einem Zeitpunkt wann wir in die Wohnung können. Wir wurden sehr Freundlich empfangen. Innerhalb von der Woche bekamen wir frische Tomaten, Olivenöl und andere Zuwendungen. Wir würden das Haus klar empfehlen.

1 Woche im Juli Urlaub mit der Familie

Ein sehr gut aufgeteiltes Haus, gut ausgestattet und in ruhiger Lage in Strandnähe. Einfahrt zum Grundstück ist mit einem Tor abgesperrt. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Großvater mit Hund lebt ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück. Großer Parkplatz am Haus, sowie Spielplatz und schöne überdachte Terrasse mit Whirlpool. Definitiv ein Ort an dem man gerne wiederkommt.

Schönes kleines FH unweit vom Strand

Die Gastgeber Familie ist sehr nett. Im Haus fehlte uns an nichts. Die Terrasse mit dem Pool der temperiert ist, war mega. Alles bestens. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

sorgenfreies Relaxen

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin spricht gut englisch und so war die Kommunikation kein Problem. Der Vater der Vermieterin wohnt direkt nebenan und kümmert sich um das Objekt. Er war sogar so freundlich unser von einer Tour total verstaubtes Auto zu reinigen.👍
