A cosy, well-equipped holiday home for up to nine people offers relaxation for young and old alike. The detached house in the popular North Sea resort “De Banjaard” is surrounded by a well-maintained garden in a very quiet location. Three outdoor terraces, some of which are covered, invite you to linger. One of the most beautiful and cleanest North Sea beaches is just a 12-minute walk away.

On the ground floor, the holiday home features a spacious living/dining area with a TV and Wi-Fi, a kitchen with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher, a bathroom with a separate toilet, a bedroom, and an utility room with a washing machine, dryer, microwave, and fridge-freezer.

The upper floor features three additional bedrooms, a bathroom with a sauna, and a separate toilet. A balcony is accessible from two of the bedrooms.

The car park and front yard area of the holiday home are under video surveillance.

Groups of young people aged 16 to 30 are not permitted. Bookings will be cancelled. Additional fees apply for sauna use (50€), energy consumption (electricity 0.38€/kWh and gas 1.55€/m³, billed as part of the energy flat rate) and tourist tax (€1.80 per person per night).

The holiday home is located in the family-friendly holiday park “De Banjaard” in Kamperland. Kamperland is part of the municipality of Noord-Beveland, a peninsula in the Dutch province of Zeeland.

The (former) island is very flat and lies just one metre above sea level. There you’ll find extraordinary nature, small polders, clean beaches, old villages with a fishing tradition, well-developed bike paths, peace and relaxation, as well as a wide range of water sports.

Holiday time also means enjoying good food and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. Many restaurants in Noord-Beveland will treat you to culinary delights.
