Thank you for your review and for noting that the home was clean and well-maintained. We appreciate your feedback regarding the insects you encountered during your stay. Our property is located in Central Texas, where seasonal changes, warmer temperatures, and periods of high humidity can occasionally increase insect activity, especially during certain times of the year. While this is a common aspect of the region, we take prevention seriously and maintain regular professional pest control service along with routine inspections and treatments. We have followed up on your feedback with an additional inspection to ensure the home continues to meet our standards. We also encourage guests to reach out during their stay if they notice any concerns, as we are always happy to respond promptly and address issues as quickly as possible. We are committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest and appreciate the opportunity to continually improve. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us.
