The apartment, featuring a panoramic balcony overlooking our expansive valley, was completely renovated in 2017, including the floors, walls, and new furnishings. It’s a big hit with families. These include, specifically: a dishwasher, microwave, stereo system with Bluetooth, 50-inch TV, Wi-Fi, and a safe. And all 5-star apartments have these :) Our three-room holiday apartments, rated 5 stars by the DTV, are real family favourites with top-notch amenities. These apartments offer the most modern and highest-quality amenities possible according to the German Tourism Association (DTV). They can accommodate up to 6 people. With approximately 60–68 square metres of living space, you’ll find a living-bedroom area with a comfortable double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a large closet, as well as a children’s room with two beds. The fully equipped kitchen area features high-end appliances such as a kettle, toaster, and—in most cases—a Senseo coffee machine, as well as a microwave, an oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a freezer compartment, and a refrigerator. These apartments feature either a shower/toilet or a bathtub with shower and toilet. You’ll also have a balcony or terrace, satellite colour TV, Wi-Fi, and an underground parking space. At our holiday village, you can pay on-site in cash or by debit card. You are also welcome to transfer the travel price in advance. The security deposit and any additional costs will be collected in cash during your stay. Guests may cancel the travel contract at any time before the start of the trip. The cancellation must be submitted in writing to the Parl Rental Service. If the traveller withdraws from the travel contract before the trip begins, or if they fail to embark on the trip, Parl Rental Service may demand reasonable compensation, provided the cancellation is not attributable to Parl Rental Service or if extraordinary circumstances arise at the destination or in its immediate vicinity that significantly impair the trip’s execution. Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge. For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total cost will be charged. For later cancellations, 100% of the accommodation price is due. The deposit is 20% of the accommodation price. Check-in is between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. Tourist tax: The tourist tax levied by the municipality of Viechtach is payable at the holiday village. One pet is allowed for a fee of 9 EUR per pet per night. A baby cot can be provided upon request for a fee of 5 EUR per night.
