Great location close to Concordia University (I was visiting for a conference). Linen and bedding were very clean but the room itself was a bit dirty and neglected; dusty baseboards, some small spiders in the bathroom, bathroom fixtures in poor repair, stained curtains. Completely serviceable given the price and location. Very smooth check in and our process. Classic Montreal-- kind of falling apart but has a lot of character.
