This is the basement of an occupied house with separate entrance. The kitchen is really only a fridge and few dishes, coffee pot and microwave. The carpet is outdoor carpet and it falling apart. There is a distinct “moist” basement smell to the room. The beds are comfortable. The only heat control is a space heater. There are panels taped over holes in the walls. The noise from the floors above by whomever lives on the house travel to the basement.
