The location
The holiday home is located in the popular Hasport/Annenheide area of Delmenhorst, just a few minutes’ walk from the nearest shopping areas and with excellent transport connections to Bremen and Oldenburg. (A28/A1/B75)

The Amenities
The house features a living area, a separate kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a terrace.

In the spacious living area, comfortable upholstered furniture and a Smart TV with satellite reception invite you to enjoy cosy evenings. You can listen to DAB+ via the stereo system. There’s also an Alexa Echo Dot. The dining area is integrated into the living area, and a table with 4 chairs offers plenty of space for dining together.

The adjoining kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, an oven with a ceramic cooktop, and a microwave. A coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, and electric kettle are, of course, available for your use.

In the bedroom, a double bed (2x 1.00 m x 2.00 m) with electric slatted frames offers plenty of space for a restful night’s sleep. You can store your clothes in the spacious closet.

The second bedroom in the attic is accessible via an internal staircase and offers one additional sleeping space (1.00 m x 2.00 m). Additional comfort is provided by a flat-screen TV with an Amazon Fire TV Stick. An extra bed is available free of charge for one additional person.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and toilet. The cabinets provide ample storage space for your toiletries and cosmetics.

Enjoy the view of the garden from the furnished, covered terrace. Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in the adjacent annex.

A charging station for e-bikes is available outdoors.

A free parking space (approx. 6 m x 2.70 m) and a garage (approx. 5.90 m x 2.40 m / max. height 2.00 m) are available right next to the house.
