Nestled in the natural beauty of the Altmühl Valley, our holiday home features two renovated and newly furnished holiday apartments in a quiet location on the outskirts of the idyllic Jura village of Prunn, near Riedenburg. With a direct view of the impressive Jura climbing cliffs and the picturesque Prunn Castle, you can enjoy your holiday on the large, covered balconies or in the orchard, which features sun loungers and a grill area with a fire pit. The Altmühl Bike Trail, which runs right by, takes you directly to the St. Agatha swimming lake, 4 km away, or to Kelheim, the nearest county seat. You can also explore the extraordinary Altmühltal Nature Park via the adjacent hiking and biking trails or by boat. The surrounding regional restaurants will treat you to everything from Bavarian to Mediterranean cuisine. For all electric vehicle owners, there is a public EV charging station nearby (75 kWh with CCS and CHAdeMO connectors). Welcome to the stylish and spacious “Klammblick” holiday apartment. With 55 m² of living space, you’ll find a modern, cosy atmosphere featuring a comfortable bedroom as well as additional sleeping accommodation for one to two people (max. 120 kg) on a high-quality double sofa bed in the living area. The bright living room with an integrated dining area invites you to relax and unwind. Enjoy first-class entertainment with a 55-inch satellite and smart TV, free Wi-Fi, or spend cosy evenings at the large dining table. From the spacious south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the sun and the unique natural landscape of the Altmühl Valley from early morning until late in the evening. Relax on the sun loungers or the stylish garden furniture and let your gaze wander over the imposing, sheer Jura cliffs and the picturesque Prunn Castle. End the day in a relaxed manner—with a cosy barbecue, by the crackling campfire in the garden, or in complete tranquility in the idyllic orchard meadow. The region offers a wide variety of culinary delights: regional specialities ranging from Bavarian to Mediterranean cuisine await you in the nearby restaurants. Alternatively, a fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, complete with an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker. We’d be happy to help you plan your leisure activities—whether it’s excursions, bike rides, or boat trips (bike and boat rentals available upon request) or other experiences in the region. Enjoy your holiday—we’ll take care of the rest. A 50% deposit may be charged at any time after booking. The balance is due in cash on the day of arrival or via bank transfer up to three days before arrival. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person or by arrangement. Pets are not allowed. Cots/extra beds available upon request. Prices include towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, and final cleaning. Free parking and a locked bicycle storage area are also available. Garage, bike rentals, and table tennis available upon request.
