A beautifully renovated (2021) and furnished 2.5-room apartment in a prime location, offering every comfort. This is a non-smoking holiday rental with an lift. Ideal for 2 people, up to 4 people. A wonderful experience even without a car! Magnificent views of the city of Locarno, towards Orselina, Monti, Centovalli, and the Maggia Valley.

The large terrace is sunny from the afternoon until sunset (smokers can enjoy the city and the distant views there, and in the evening, the sea of lights). The apartment is located on the 7th floor.

Within a few minutes’ walk, you can reach attractive sights (Piazza Grande, Falconeria, Madonna del Sasso, etc.), great activities (e.g., the Lido swimming, sports, recreation, and wellness centre, mini-golf, golf, SBB, etc.), or excellent shopping opportunities.

The holiday apartment includes 1 garage space, an lift, Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer, an oven, a toaster, and a blender.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in diesem tollen Apartment! Ausstattung und Lage sind top. Besonders der Blick vom Balkon auf Locarno ist einfach toll.Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war absolut unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine Wohnung mit Persönlichkeit

Wir (ein Ehepaar im Pensionsalter) haben im August 4 Wochen hier verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung strahlt Persönlichkeit aus, und man spürt eine grosse Sorgfalt. Die Lage ist ruhig, zu Fuss erreicht man leicht den See oder die Piazza Grande, Bus und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen haben uns der grosse Holztisch, die Rohrsessel (keine Plastikimitation) auf dem Balkon und die Aussicht auf Locarno Monti. Das Bett ist ausgezeichnet, und im Schlafzimmer hatten wir viel Platz für unsere Sachen. Es war schön, hier zu Gast zu sein, gerne würden wir wiederkommen!
