The 3-star, non-smoking Kogge townhouse, with its 3 residential units, is located on a quiet street in Schönhagen, just a few metres from the Baltic Sea beach. Each unit offers approximately 60 square metres of living space and is suitable for 4 people plus a toddler. The ground floor of each unit features a living room with a dining area, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds placed end-to-end—are located on the upper floor. Guests can enjoy sunny days on the furnished terrace and in the small garden. Wi-Fi is available to guests free of charge.

Apartments 1 and 3 can be booked with pets upon prior arrangement.

Electricity costs are charged based on usage at 0.35 EUR/kWh.

Towels are included in the rental price; bed linens can be booked for an additional fee of 20 EUR per person.

Anglers can clean their catch in the garden. A small freezer is also available in the garage for your catch.
