Cosy holiday apartment with two bathrooms on the upper floor, offering views of the garden and the surrounding nature.
With an area of 62 m², our Baltic Sea holiday apartment HERZENSLUST offers plenty of space for 4 people. You’ll enjoy the high-quality amenities and our large garden.

The apartment is located on the upper floor and is accessible via a staircase. Cosy kitchen-living room with views of the garden and the surrounding nature. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher and an osmosis water filtration system for fine, mineralized drinking water. The entire house’s water system is equipped with a water softener and is set to a water hardness of 7° dH. The holiday rental has 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with twin beds) and two bathrooms with showers.

The country house’s spacious garden, featuring old fruit trees, a separate seating area with a grill and fire pit, and a half-timbered playhouse for children, offers plenty of space for relaxation and play. A parking space with a charging station for electric cars (11 kW) is located directly across from the entrance.

Wunderschöne große Fewo

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne entspannte Wochen mit unseren Kindern in der Fewo verbracht. Sie ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Bietet ausreichend Platz bei 3 Teenagern. Eine Terrasse zum Entspannen mit Sitz und Liegemöglichkeit haben wir gern genutzt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich und haben bei Fragen gerne zur Seite gestanden. Dankeschön! Wir können das Objekt absolut empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Alles Super!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Ferienhaushälfte war groß, sauber, mit einer schönen und sehr gepflegten Außenanlage. Die Kids konnten Ball spielen, flitzen, die Hühner bespaßen ;○) uvm. Im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, man hat sich von Anfang an wohl gefühlt.

Hervorragende Ferienwohnung mit sehr hochwertiger Ausstattung, viel Platz drinnen wie draußen und sehr netten Gastgebern. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder🙂.

Schöned Haus, aber nicht nochmal

Man sollte im Inserat erwähnen, das dieses Ferienhaus sehr abgelegen liegt. Es sind dort nur wenige Häuser und man ist auf das Auto angewiesen. Man erreicht diesen Ort nur über eine extrem holprige Straße oder über einen Plattenweg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es dort nicht. Die Vermieter verlangen eine Kaution von 100,00 Euro, die im Normalfall nach Abreise überwiesen werden soll, wenn alles OK ist. Dies stand auch nirgends und ich habe darauf bestanden, die Kaution sofort beim Check Out zu erhalten. Die Vermieter achten sehr auf die umfangreiche Hausordnung. Nach 22 Uhr noch draußen sitzen beim Spielabend ist dort nicht erwünscht. Wir würden dort nicht wieder hinfahren. So schön das Haus auch ist, hat uns das Verhalten der Vermieter nicht gefallen. Unseren Jahresurlaub wollten wir nicht unter Beobachtung und mit Zurechtweisungen verbringen.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Sichtweise, jedoch ist in unserer Anzeige beschrieben, dass die FeWo ländlich und in einem Dorf gelegen ist. Auch der Ort bzw. die Adresse ist bei unser Objektbeschreibung erkenntlich. Wir bieten unseren Urlaubern Ruhe und die idyllische Natur, weit weg von dem stressigen Alltag. Das bestimmte Ruhezeiten gelten, ist auch in anderen Ferienobjekten üblich. Eine Kaution ist bei den meisten Mietobjekten keine Ungewöhnlichkeit. Unsere FeWo ist für 6 Personen geeignet. Jedoch ist die Mieterin mit 7 Personen angereist. Dieses wurde uns vorher nicht mitgeteilt und wir waren sehr überrascht bei der Ankunft unser Gäste. Wir haben keine zusätzlichen Kosten geltend gemacht und es geduldet. Normalerweise wäre die FeWo von der Mieterin nicht buchbar gewesen, hätte man die korrekte Anzahl bei Suche bzw. Buchung mit angegeben. Eine bessere Kommunikation im Vorfeld wäre vorteilhaft gewesen. Wir danken Ihnen, dass Sie unsere Gäste waren und wünschen Ihnen alles Gute.
