With a private entrance in the lower level NO STAIRS, you will find Leo's STUDIO and Leo's APARTMENT wich are two separated rentals, each one with their own private entry giving you a sense of separation and independence throughout your stay.

Inside, you will find a spacious layout with a cozy living area featuring a sofa bed.
A smart TV is ready for streaming, and the space flows easily into a dining and bar area with seating for six, making it easy to enjoy meals or catch up on work.

The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster oven, blender, and coffee station, offering flexibility for daily routines.

We had a great stay at this property. The location was excellent and in a great neighborhood, which was important since we were in town for a baseball tournament nearby. The home was very clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The host was wonderful and very responsive throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great stay. Quiet. Nice simple place. Had everything we needed. Hot tub was very nice and host cleaned and prepared for us each night. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. It is a basement feel so not a lot of windows.

I had an amazing stay. The appartment wasMore than I had expected by far! Everything that wasn't new looked as if it were from slippers at the door to little touches throughout! Iris and Leo took care of me as if I was family. I really can't express how much i enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back if i'm in the area!! I highly recommend. Tim

Absolutely spectacular! I was nervous having it say it was a basement apartment…but it was perfect in every way. The pull out coach wasn’t the crappy kind, very comfortable to use. The hot tub was the BEST! The host took great care to hand clean daily and didn’t over power it with chlorine. Had incredible details I loved like robes to use for the hot tub! Phenomenal Coffee and tea bar with snacks—even a gluten free one that I really appreciated!!!!! A nice gentle request to remove shoes before entering was paired with a chair to take off shoes and complimentary slippers to put on…. How cool is that??!!?? The place was impeccably clean, every corner and every item was clean, putting me at ease. Extra items like extra blankets and towels were sealed in plastic so you were aware they were clean and ready for use if needed. I didn’t have kids, but even the high chair was in plastic so you were aware it was sanitized. There was even a bag of ice ready for me in the freezer!! Love this host to pieces!!! I can only think of one improvement… maybe a few water bottles ready in the fridge for tired travelers…but I mean that’s being greedy because everything was so well thought out and it was such an amazing stay. In short… this place rocked and I plan to come back again next year!!!

Leo’s apartment was even better than pics. Iris made us feel like we were at home. I definitely recommend if in the area you check out Leo’s cozy apartment, I know I will next time in the area
