With 3 rooms spanning approximately 84 m², it offers plenty of space for up to 6 people. The living room invites you to relax with a comfortable couch (convertible, 1.40 x 2.00 m) and a large dining table with 6 chairs; and features a 50-inch flat-screen TV with Smart TV functionality, a Blu-ray/DVD player, and a hi-fi stereo system with a CD player. The high-quality open-concept kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo coffee pod machine, electric kettle, toaster, and more, is fully equipped.

In the bedroom, you’ll find a generous double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a spacious wardrobe, a sideboard for small items, and a travel cot for the youngest guests.

In the second bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), which sleeps two people.

The apartment features a modern bathroom with a shower, as well as a washing machine and dryer. All rooms have separate entrances. The windows (except for the dormer windows) are equipped with exterior roller shutters for privacy. All rooms have underfloor heating.

On the 11-meter-wide loggia, you can enjoy the sun and the fresh sea air. The beach is only about a 3- to 5-minute walk away.

One parking space is included in the price; bicycles can be stored and locked in a separate bike storage room.

Villa Friederike was built in the high-quality “Bäderarchitektur” style and was completed in 2013. It features five vacation-friendly apartments spread across three floors: two on the ground floor, two on the upper floor, and one in the attic. Each apartment has a parking space directly next to the house, and bicycles can be locked up in a separate bicycle storage room (at ground level).

In a beautiful location close to the beach, a total of eight gleaming white houses were built here, featuring charming, romantic architecture and sustainable construction methods.
