Welcome to the "Windjammer" semi-detached house, No. 91,

Our 84-square-meter "Windjammer" semi-detached houses offer plenty of space and cosy comfort spread over three floors. The living and dining area with a fireplace and the open kitchen area are located on the ground floor, as is the sauna with a shower and bathroom. The convenience of having a private sauna is highly appreciated by our winter guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, and washing machine. From the living and dining area, you have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea. On the ground floor are two bedrooms with double beds (2x 80 x 200 cm), as well as the bathroom with a whirlpool tub. A third sleeping area with two separate beds (each 80 x 200 cm) is located on the second floor in an open sleeping loft under the roof. Heating is provided by electric heaters and the fireplace.

Strandpark Sierksdorf is quietly located on the outskirts of town and combines the unique atmosphere of a Scandinavian-style holiday home community with close proximity to the Baltic Sea. The distinctive holiday homes and apartments are spread out between the coast and Hansa-Park and offer ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday in every season—from family holidays in the summer to a cosy getaway by the fireplace during the cooler months.

The Baltic Sea beach is within walking distance and can be reached without crossing any public roads. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. For guests with dogs, a separate dog beach is available a short distance from the main beach. The promenade and the adjacent path along the Sierksdorf cliffs are perfect for long walks. Guests can also access Hansa-Park directly from the beach park via a private entrance connected by a bridge—a real highlight, especially for families.

The accommodation is modern and comfortably furnished and, depending on the type of house, feature amenities such as a fireplace or pellet stove and a private terrace or balcony. Barbecues are permitted only on the lawn. A parking space is included with each accommodation. All holiday rentals are non-smoking.

A security deposit is required for stays at Strandpark. This deposit also serves as an advance payment for electricity costs, which are billed individually based on actual consumption. For electric vehicles, there are four EV charging stations in the public area with a total of eight charging points and a charging capacity of up to 22 kW.
