This exclusive and lovingly furnished 3-room holiday apartment is located on the 4th floor of the "Südwind" apartment building and is accessible by lift. All rooms are tiled and equipped with radiant floor heating. The bedroom and living room have direct access to a shared balcony/terrace. Balcony chairs, a table, and two beach chairs invite you to relax. The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, a large closet, and a state-of-the-art TV. The living area features a large couch, armchairs, and a table, as well as a state-of-the-art satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large dining table with comfortable seating. In addition to a toilet and shower, the bathroom also features a bathtub. A large storage closet provides additional storage space. The large panoramic windows offer a view into and across the coastal forest to the Baltic Sea.

The apartment comes with its own parking space. Guests have shared access to the children’s playground and a covered bike rack.

In the basement, there are 2 coin-operated washing machines and 2 coin-operated dryers, as well as the communal pool and sauna.

Please note that the holiday rental is generally rented without bed linens and towels. (Pillows and beds are provided.) Linen packages can be booked for a fee.

Please note that only basic supplies such as toilet paper, soap, dish soap, kitchen towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, and trash bags, etc., are provided.

To issue visitor’s cards, we must request the names, dates of birth, and places of residence of all travellers separately. If this information is not provided, the reservation will unfortunately have to be cancelled.

Linen packages, high chairs, or travel cots can be rented for a fee.
