The space
This is a newly renovated basement apartment with a private entrance. All of the spaces mentioned are entirely private! A lovely open floor plan includes a living room, full kitchen, and dining room. An oversized laundry room with a washer and dryer is attached to the kitchen. The king bedroom includes a large TV, ample storage, and a private back patio for relaxation. The queen bedroom also has a large TV and tons of storage. The two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower tub. Guests park on the right side of the driveway for easy access to the private entrance.

This is a private space, and guests have private access to all areas of the basement apartment, including the living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry room, king room, queen room, bathroom, and back patio.

This was the perfect little apartment! It was extremely clean and very cozy! Restaurants and shopping centers within 15 minutes. Located in a quiet neighborhood the host communicated quickly and made sure everything was perfect for our late arrival. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.
