This property should not be listed on VRBO. We did not complete our stay as soon as we got in the neighborhood we instantly felt unsafe for our family of kids. The listing is not accurate and does not explain that other people live in the house and you have to enter seperate rooms as well. We didn't recieve check instructions till we were 5 mins away and then was informed that we would be greeted by someone. We have stayed all over the country and never came across any listing like this. Do not book this listing.

Hi Christopher, we apologize about your experience. However we really wish you didn't judge our neighborhood so quickly to feel unsafe. We have many good reviews on our other site where guest enjoyed themselves. My mom saw you and said she was coming out to meet you but you quickly pulled off before she could get to you. I understand your concern and this is why we priced it the way we did to let people give us a chance. If it was an upscale neighborhood, it would be more because not only for the space, but we offer breakfast and a guide if you want to know about the history or the area. As far as the space, you really would be in your own house. The thing is it is a triplex and has 3 houses under 1 roof, which is uncommon. If you would have gave us a try, you would have seen it really is a 2 bedroom with an extra let-out bed in the living room with a full kitchen and restroom where no one else would have access to you. With the directions you recieved, I will take fault on this because I'm in control of the online area, but we are new on Vrbo and I work a lot. I thought I put the directions in the right place where you can see it when you booked but I guess I did not and will correct that. Which is why when you sent the request, I sent it asap. We hope you can forgive us and allow us to correct our mistakes that we are in control of. We hope that you could give us a try in the future and wish you the best on you and your family endeavors.
