herzlichen Dank für Ihre freundlichen Worte zum Haus, zur Ausstattung sowie zu Service und Sauberkeit. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut.
Gerne möchten wir ergänzen, dass sich Černý Důl seit der Covid-Zeit etwas verändert hat. Das frühere Hotel mit Schwimmbad und Kegelbahn wurde 2021 abgerissen, daher stehen diese Einrichtungen leider nicht mehr zur Verfügung. Über den QR-Code im Haus (Černý-Důl-App) finden unsere Gäste jedoch aktuelle Informationen zu Freizeitmöglichkeiten und Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung, z. B. zu Schwimmbädern in Janské Lázně, Vrchlabí oder Trutnov.

Super Aufenthalt
Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war sehr schön. Der Check in war sehr angenehm. Die Sauberkeit in dem Haus war auch sehr gut. Zudem gab es eine Grundausstattung in der Küche. Die Vermieterin war sehr angagiert, als wir Probleme mit dem Internet hatten. Auch bei Aktivitäten in der Nähe bot sie uns Ihre hilfe an.
