Die Buchung klappte problemlos. Die Mitarbeiter der Vermittlungsfirma sind jederzeit ansprechbar und freundlich. Das Appartment hat eine hervorragende Lage. Es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür vorhanden. Die Möbel und Ausstattung sind sehr gut. Dadurch, dass es sich um eine Souterrain Wohnung handelt, hat man kaum Fenster. Die einzigen gehen direkt zum Eingangsbereich heraus, weshalb dies sehr hellhörig ist und die Wohnung, wenn man Tageslicht haben möchte, auch von allen die vorbeigehen gut einsehbar ist. Ein Lüften ist nicht wirklich möglich. Die angegebenen Maße von Bett 1,80 und "Schlafsofa" 1,40 waren nicht wie beschrieben, sodass wir als Kleinfamilie nicht alle im Bett schlafen konnten. Der zusätzliche Treppenaufgang nach draußen war leider verdreckt.

Die Wohnung und das Hotel Frauenpreis würde ich immer wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden in Sahlenburg und komme immer gerne dahin. Die Wohnung hatte alles was den notwendigen Standard entspricht. Das „Schlafzimmer“ ist vielleicht etwas klein und eng, da das Bett nur zu einer Seite offen ist. Aber mit dem Schlafsofa hat man noch eine gute Alternative und gerade für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung echt top.

Die Wohnung war sauber und die Lage vom Haus ist gut (kurze Wege zum Strand und nebenan gleich ein schönes Waldgebiet). Geräusche vom Hof werden teils durch das Erdreich übertragen, da die Wohnung im Souterrain liegt (z.B. bei Tretroller die direkt am Haus vorbeifahren).
