The home was very well maintained both the interior and exterior. The bedroom were furnished with enough space to move around inside the rooms. The beds all were comfortable. The kitchen contained all the necessary cooking utensils that were needed and the eating utensils, plates, and silverware were in good shape and easy to get to. The refrigerator is very big with a deli tray. The laundry room has a nice washer and dryer that we did not use. The interior of the house is nicely decorated and living room is very comfortable. The TVs have cable etc with various movie channels There is free WiFi that has great reception. The back yard is completely fenced with gate access at both ends. There is a small patio with outdoor tables and chairs to use. There is nice grass in the back yard. There is a doghouse but our dog did not stay in it. The front yard is very well maintained. The driveway is very wide. There is a small gravel area to the side for rv parking Overall this is a very nice neighborhood. I left my enclosed car trailer parked on the street in front of the home and there were no issues. The neighborhood is very quiet and very nice. No loud neighbors etc. The home is close to a small market in the town of Kimberly that also has two fuel stations and several restaurants on the Main Street. The house is within 7 miles of Twin Falls shopping areas. A very quick drive into Twin Falls. Overall a very nice place to stay. The owner is very nice
