The 23-square-meter studio apartment is located on the ground floor.
You can enjoy the direct, magnificent view of the inland lake right from breakfast. The furnished south-facing balcony is perfect for sunbathing.
The entryway features a double fold-out bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) and the bathroom with shower and toilet.
The separate living/kitchen area is equipped with a two-seater couch, a small side table, a dining table, and a kitchenette.
The kitchenette features a two-burner stove, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The three-story apartment building is located on Steinwarder, beautifully surrounded by an inland lake and the Baltic Sea.

This quiet building offers individually designed and furnished studios and apartments ranging from 19 to 76 square metres for 2–4 guests. Each apartment features a direct lake view from its balcony or terrace, which faces south and enjoys plenty of sunshine.
A bright stairwell leads to the enclosed pergolas on each floor. The ground-floor apartments are accessed via private front doors at the rear of the building.

The property offers direct access to Heiligenhafen’s inland lake. Whether you’re using a SUP, an air mattress, or a surfboard—you can head straight out onto the water from the sunbathing lawn.
A fire pit, benches, and a small dock are also available to guests.
You can park your bicycles in the covered, designated area behind the house.

Each apartment comes with an assigned parking space on the property or in the car park across the street.

The marina and city centre are just a leisurely stroll away along the inland lake promenade.
