- The small, stylish built-in kitchen—equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and a dining table—is located in the open-concept living area with laminate flooring.
- The bedroom features a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a chest of drawers. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
- The bathroom, with a window in the sloped ceiling and a bathtub, invites you to relax under the starry sky. We have a hair dryer ready for you.
A washing machine is available for doing small loads of laundry.
- From the approximately 10 m² south-facing balcony, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the Upper Lusatian mountains. Cosy balcony furniture is perfect for sunbathing or relaxing.
- A parking space for your car is also available free of charge in front of the house.

The holiday rental is located in the Pommritz district of the municipality of Hochkirch, along the Dresden–Görlitz railway line, exactly halfway between Bautzen and Löbau, not far from the B 6. The distance to both cities is approximately 12 km. And it’s just a stone’s throw to the Deutsche Bahn train stop. But don’t worry—neither the noise from the train nor from cars will disturb your well-deserved peace and quiet. From here, you have an ideal starting point for visiting cities such as Löbau, Bautzen, and Görlitz…. Shopping options are nearby:
