About a mile from campus, this is perfect for a weekend stay to a month long work trip! It has one bedroom w/ queen bed and bathroom. The sofa turns into a full size bed and features a full kitchen. Covered patio, bbq grill & washers game to entertain! Private entrance & parking. Permit #2020-000036

The space
It's tucked away in its own quiet little space, beautifully decorated! Best of all, it's close to campus for events/game days! The cottage is directly behind the main home however far enough away as if it is on its own property and separated by its own fence. Therefore, perfect for up to four with ample back yard for a fur baby and perfect for accommodating additional guests who would like extra privacy of the main home.

Free Wifi, Cable, two TVs, fresh Linens provided, Shampoo/Conditioner/Soap, professionally cleaned before each stay and kitchen supplies for those that want to cook inside or outside with a Weber charcoal grill!
