Visit to Saxony

My wife and I recently stayed in this apartment during our vacation to Europe. We travelled to 7 different locations and this rental was by far our favorite. The apartment is spacious, immaculate and well decorated. The view from the apartment is also amazing. We would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area and will rent again if we are in the area.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und man hat eine gute Aussicht auf die Umgebung. Sie war auch sehr sauber und eine gute Idee ist es auch das sich der Schlüssel bei der Anreise in einem Kästchen mit Zahlencode befindet, so dass man auch bei später Ankunft ohne Probleme in die Wohnung kommt.

Wir waren 1 Woche im Sommer in dieser schönen Wohnung. Sie liegt im Dachgeschoss und hat vom Balkon einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Schrammsteine. Trotz den heißen Temperaturen(über 30 Grad) war die Wohnung nicht zu heiß und es gab sogar einen Ventilator. In der Wohnung selbst ist nahezu alles vorhanden. Auch an Küchengeräten, was man mitbringen sollte falls benötigt ist eine Küchenwage oder ein Messbecher. Die Betten waren bequem und wir haben alle gut geschlafen. Von der Lage her war es für uns perfekt, da man in knapp 35 Minuten Fahrtzeit viele Ausgangspunkte für Wanderungen erreiche. Es gibt zusätzlich zu dem Bäcker jetzt auch eine Gaststätte (Vetterwirtschaft) direkt im Ort, dass Essen war lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich. Was und etwas gefehlt hat waren normale Gläser.Und das Sofa ist nicht so wirklich bequem/geeignet zum Fernsehen, aber dafür waren wir ja auch nicht da ;)Ganz besonders möchten wir noch ein Mal Frau Hanitzsch hervorheben, sie macht die übergabe und ist nahezu jeden Tag vor Ort und hat immer einen Tipp für Ausflugsziele oder wo man am besten startet.

Traumhafter Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Unterkunft und Umgebung

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Aufgrund der sehr schönen Ferienwohnung haben wir viel Zeit in der Wohnung verbracht, konnten aber aufgrund der zentralen Lage viele schöne Ausflüge und Wanderungen erleben. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr herzlich und stets sehr informativ. Gern immer wieder.

Wundervolles Appartement

Unser Aufenthalt war wundervoll. Die Anreise unkompliziert, Schlüsselübergabe über Keybox und dennoch ein herzlicher Empfang der Hausdame. Parkplatz vor dem Grundstück vorhanden. Das Appartement war hochwertig ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Es war sauber , ich möchte es sogar lieber rein nennen. Bäcker nahezu gegenüber der Unterkunft. Bushaltestelle genau vor dem Grundstück. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Da gebe ich gern ausnahmsweise 5 Sterne, denn es gab wirklich so gar nichts, was wir vermisst haben oder wir uns anders wünschten. Liebe Grüße

Wunderschöne Wohnung in einer bezaubernden Gegend

Die Wohnung bietet alles was das Herz begehrt, ist liebevoll dekoriert und man kann sich direkt wie zu Hause fühlen. Bei uns gab es leider Unstimmigkeiten mit der Buchung welche aber unkompliziert, spontan mit der Vermieterin geklärt werden konnten. Die Hausdame ist ein wahrer Engel, man fühlt sich in diesem Objekt in jeder Hinsicht willkommen und kann eine tolle, heimeliege Zeit dort verleben.

Schönes Objekt, leider kalt

Das Objekt ist frisch renoviert bzw. befindet sich teilweise immer noch in der Renovierung. Die Wohnung war sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet. Leider blieb die Heizung und damit die gesamte Wohnung eiskalt. Wärme ist ein Wohlfühlfaktor, auf den wir - vor allem mit Kleinkind und bei Temperaturen um die null Grad - bei dem Preis nicht hätten verzichten wollen. Hätten wir krankheitsbedingt nicht nach der ersten Nacht unseren Kurzurlaub beenden müssen, hätten wir trotz Wochenende wohl darauf bestanden, den Umstand zu bereinigen. Das Objekt hat eigene Parkplätze an der Straße, unterhalb der Immobilie (Hanglage). Allerdings wurde es uns selbst zum Entladen unseres Gepäcks von der Eigentümerin nicht gestattet, direkt vor der Immobilie zu parken. Das Ausladen musste somit im Regen und unter mehrmaligem Treppensteigen erfolgen. Leider sind Treppe zum Objekt und der Weg zum Haus noch nicht beleuchtet. Man läuft also im Dunkeln noch ein wenig Gefahr zu stolpern und ggf. zu fallen. Die Kommunikation erfolgte über Handy mit der Eigentümerin. Allerdings will ebendiese nach eigenem Bekunden nicht viel mit der Abwicklung des Vermietungsgeschäfts zu tun haben. Es gibt dafür eine Hausdame, die wirklich sehr nett ist und sich um alles kümmern soll. Allerdings gab es von ebendieser netten Dame keine Handynummer. Also alles noch ein wenig holprig. Das Objekt und die Wohnung an sich waren wirklich schön. Wenn für die Zukunft die Heizung funktioniert, eine Kontaktnummer der Hausdame für Notfälle oder Absprachen in den Wohnungen hinterlegt wäre und für die Gäste die Möglichkeit eingeräumt wird für das Entladen direkt vor dem Haus parken zu dürfen, sollte es nahezu perfekt werden können. War es für uns leider nicht, aber für nachfolgende Gäste dann hoffentlich! 😀

Tolle moderne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist top renoviert und sehr großzügig ausgestattet - Meißner Porzellan, Kaffeemaschine inkl. Filter und Kaffee, Waschmaschine, Induktionsherd und vieles mehr. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns auch Tipps zu Ausflugszielen etc. gegeben. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort und werden sicher nochmal wiederkommen.
