Karin Holiday Rental

You’re welcome to plan and enjoy your holiday at our Karin holiday home. You’ll feel right at home in our house, located in the heart of Hümmerich. The house features a living room, kitchen, and bathroom; one bedroom with an office area (internet access via Ethernet or Wi-Fi); and another bedroom with a large closet. Behind the house is the garden, and right next to the house is a playground. Our house is a smoke-free home. There is plenty of patio furniture available for the balcony. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the garden and faces south. Many hiking trails and geocaching routes are right nearby.

High-speed internet is free to use.



Karin’s Holiday Rental:

When you enter the house, you’ll first come to the hallway with a coat closet and guest bathroom. From there, you can go left to the bathroom and the two bedrooms, or right to the kitchen. Go straight through a glass door into the dining room and then directly into the large living room with a TV and access to the balcony.

The living room, furnished with an L-shaped sofa, offers a cosy place to relax after a long hike or bike ride. A TV and a stereo system are at your disposal. For older guests who have difficulty standing up, we also have an armchair with a stand-up aid.

The kitchen is, of course, fully equipped. It features a glass-ceramic cooktop, a range hood integrated into the stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and plenty of pans, pots, dishes, and silverware.

Each bedroom has a double bed. The bed in the office can be extended to convert it into a double bed. We’re happy to provide a cot (baby bed) upon request.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, heated towel rack, mirror, and hair dryer.

The garage contains a washing machine and a dryer. You can also safely store your bicycles here. The garage can be opened with a separate key or a push-button lock.

On-site fees: Winter rate (Oct. 1 – Mar. 31) per night for 2 people: 2-night minimum stay = €190.00 flat rate; each additional night €70.00; 3rd and 4th person: 15.00 € per night each, including final cleaning, towels, and bed linens. Summer rate (April 1 – September 30) per night for 2 people: Minimum stay of 2 nights = €150.00 flat rate; each additional night €60.00; 3rd and 4th person each €15.00 per night, including final cleaning, towels, and bed linens
