I was pleased with this stay. It’s a great location in a very walkable neighborhood. The apartment is clean and comfortable, just as advertised. The host is very responsive and communicates clearly. It’s a real gem for visitors to the Buffalo area.

Hello Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear that you thought the home was great. I’m disappointed that my communication was perceived as rude, as that was certainly not my intention. During the stay, I did have to reach out several times regarding our house rules after an event was being held at the property with a speaker, party lighting, and loud music continuing beyond our established quiet hours. As a host, I have a responsibility not only to my guests, but also to my neighbors and community. When house rules are not being followed, I do have to address the situation, and I always try to do so respectfully and professionally. At Cozy Kenmore, our goal remains to provide every guest with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay while maintaining a peaceful environment for everyone around us.

This is a great VRBO stay between Niagara Falls and Buffalo Downtown. On a nice street with the police on the corner. Very accurate description. Initially there was issues with checking in, but the host was very helpful and easy to contact. There was issues with the downstairs renters but the host was very quick to deal with that as well. Nice little weekend getaway, would stay here again

Our stay was enjoyable and in the perfect location! A few things to note: There are window AC units in the bedrooms only, so we did spend a bit of our time in the bedroom to stay cool when we were inside of the home. There is carpet throughout the home, so the scent of carpet cleaner did become a bit overwhelming and was noticeable for us personally. The shower pressure was very low, making taking a shower a bit complex. However, the space and bed we utilized were extremely clean, and the kitchenware came in handy. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch with our daughter as well! I appreciate the hospitality and the communication was great!
