Family Suite: Spacious room with a King bed and a bunk bed (Twin over Full) —perfect for families with children.

Queen Guest Room 1: Features a comfortable Queen bed and modern mountain decor.

Queen Guest Room 2: Features a comfortable Queen bed with easy access to the main level living area.

Queen Guest Room 3: A private and peaceful room with a Queen bed.

With three full bathrooms across the home, your group will have plenty of space to refresh after a day at the lake or a hike in Yosemite.

Outdoor Living: Step out onto the newer Trex deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air. With a BBQ grill on the deck, it’s the ideal setting for starlit dinners.

Remote Work & Multi-Family Friendly: Features ultra-fast Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace in the loft. Two distinct living areas (main vaulted Great Room + game room) give adults and kids their own spaces to relax and play.

Guest access
You will have full access to the entire home, the 2-car garage, and the spacious driveway. As our guest, you also gain access to the Pine Mountain Lake private amenities (some fees apply):

The Lake: Swimming at 3 sandy beaches, boat rentals at the Marina, and fishing.

Recreation: 18-hole championship golf course, tennis, and pickleball courts.

Dining: The Grill at Pine Mountain Lake (Country Club) and the Lakeside Café.

Adventure: Equestrian center for trail rides, hiking paths, and an archery range.

Other things to note
Yosemite Ready: We are located just ~25 miles from the Big Oak Flat entrance of Yosemite National Park.

Marina Beach is incredibly close—just a short 3-minute drive (1.1 miles) from the front door. The home is also conveniently located just about 5 minutes (1.9 miles) from the Pine Mountain Lake main entrance gate, making coming and going very seamless.

Parking: The property features a paved driveway and extra parking area—plenty of room for the whole group.

Outdoor Living: Enjoy our newer Trex deck with a propane hookup for the BBQ. Perfect for summer grilling!

Hot Tub: Relax and unwind in our private hot tub on the deck after a day of hiking or exploring Yosemite. Please follow all posted guidelines for safe use.

Gate Access: To maintain community tranquility and security, guest registration is required in advance. There's a $50 Guest Permit fee per car (valid 7 days) payable at the gate upon arrival—a community-wide policy for all visitors.

EV Charging: We are proud to offer an EV-ready garage with a Level 2 Wallbox charger. Please note: Guests are responsible for bringing their own charging adapter (Tesla or J1772) to ensure compatibility with their specific vehicle.

To ensure the security of our home, we require a refundable security deposit for all bookings. This is processed securely through our management platform. Please note: A completed registration form is required for all guests prior to arrival to facilitate community gate access.

By booking or entering the property, guest(s) acknowledge that they are voluntarily assuming all risks related to their stay. The property owner and host are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to persons or property during the rental period. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of outdoor areas, water features, recreational equipment, and interactions with wildlife or natural terrain. Guests) agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the owner, host, and affiliated parties from any claims arising from their stay, to the fullest extent permitted under California law.
