The 55 m² apartment in Funes / Villnöss, South Tyrol, accommodates up to 4 guests. It features 1 bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed for 2. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, and an internet-enabled screen for video-on-demand. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building. Families will find a baby cot, high chair, and shared toys and books.



From December 2026, a sauna will be available in the building.



The apartment is on the ground floor and offers mountain views.

In winter, there is a small ski slope, many winter hiking trails, as well as snowshoeing and ski touring. The area is known for its natural toboggan runs, and a cross-country trail leads to Würzjoch. Major ski resorts such as Brixen, Gröden, Seiser Alm, and Sella Ronda are nearby.
