The holiday apartment La Filanda in Abbadia Lariana is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. This 35 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen (with a coffee machine), and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine as well as a TV.

The train station is just 500 m away, and the lake is right by the property (50 m away). The beach of Ulisse Guzzi Park can be reached within 400 m. The Wanderer's Path and nearby villages are 11 km from the property. Boat tours are also recommended.

2 pets are allowed.

Air conditioning is not available.

Please note that from mid-June to mid-September, it is not possible to park directly at the property, as the house is very close to the lake and is a traffic-free zone (parking is available for a fee only in the nearby areas). In low season, there is free parking directly near the property. The host can help to bring luggage to the property.
