Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
On the morning of the arrival, we will send you the KEY CODE to access the condo. Security Deposit and Rental Contract Required. Damage insurance is paid by guest after return of rental contract.
Garage Door Opener will be on kitchen island, please return upon check out. No Smoking Furnished Rental; 30-day min.
Door must be locked upon your leaving premises at all times. Garage must be closed. HOA rules must be followed. Handbook on kitchen island.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
