• 8 additional bedrooms upstairs
• Spacious loft area perfect for movie nights or game time

Primary suite feature king bed with private attached bathrooms.
All bedrooms include Smart TVs and comfortable bedding.

All bathrooms are stocked with:

• Travel-size soap, shampoo & conditioner

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

Please DO NOT PULL ON THE MASTER BED ROPES — they are decorative only. Thank you for your care!

GRILL : Enjoy the grill during your stay! Most homes in the area charge extra, but we include it for you!

Guests are kindly asked to provide their own propane for the grill. Occasionally, previous guests may leave some behind, so you may be able to use it, but as a general rule, guests should plan to bring or swap propane at a local exchange station.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no supply of items such as condiments will be provided prior to check-in.

In accordance with local regulations and the requirements of our insurance provider, guests may be asked to sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. This agreement is intended to ensure transparency and provide protection for both parties.

We do not accept bookings from guests rated below 4 stars. Guests with ratings between 4 and 4.5 stars will require approval from management.

WINDSOR ISLAND PARKING

Each home includes a private driveway with parking for up to 2 vehicles. Additional overflow parking is available near the clubhouse and in designated lots beside the basketball courts. Parking directly next to the clubhouse is not permitted. Maximum allowed per property: 5 vehicles. No trailers permitted.
