The apartment itself was great, but we booked with the intention of being able to use the pool, upon arrival we go to the pool only to find out that it is closed. We were not notified of this and would probably not have booked had we known the pool wasn’t accessible. On the last day of our 3 day stay the pool was finally reopened, as we tried going into the pool early in the day we had issues because we didn’t have a key fob to get into the pool. The host offered no solutions for this and said that even though our check out time was at 11 we could still use the pool, nobody wants use the pool when they are unable to shower after. The communication was lacking at times and we wish there was more transparency from the host.

Aside from the parking (not the host’s fault at all ) the property was beautiful and me and the other guests enjoyed our stay in deep ellum
