Chalet 'Casa Abuela Fela' with Mountain View, Private Pool & Wi-Fi

The house is located on the slope of a ravine, away from the rest of the buildings. The access is through a flat path, very comfortable and conditioned. The approximate distance to the road is about 100 meters. The environment is very beautiful, in the middle of nature. There are many routes in the surroundings for hiking. It is only 5 kms from the Cruz de Tejeda by royal roads and one kilometer from the Barranco de La Mina. The house has a terrace area with solar shower, swimming pool and hammocks. Covered grill area to cook outside and have a good time. The distribution is as follows: living room kitchen with a sofa bed, bathroom and master bedroom with double bed.

Welcome to La Casa de Abuela Fela, a place to rest, disconnect and at the same time connect with nature. No noise, no stress, enjoying the peace and tranquility of a unique place.

Las Lagunetas is a very quiet village, with few neighbors and charming. Nearby there are restaurants, stores, church, and hiking trails for walking, running or cycling. From the house itself you can make routes to the Roque Nublo, the Cruz de Tejeda, El Garañón and enjoy nature.

Parties, smoking and pets are not allowed.

After 22:00 hours, it is not allowed to make noise that could disturb the neighbors.

Espectacular para repetir

Pros: Agosto 2026, La Casa es increíble, tiene todo lo necesario no la falta de nada, la zona de la Piscina fantástica y el Entorno rural una Maravilla, de modo que un 10 para mí en todo. El anfitrión Juan, nos ha tratado increíble, siempre Atento y Servicial una gran persona no solo un 10 para el , sino un 11. Cons: Me gustó todo

Tolles Haus, einmalige Lage, sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber

Pros: Das Haus ist wunderschön, mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, voll ausgestattet, hat keine Wünsche übrig gelassen. Es wurde an jede Kleinigkeit gedacht. Juan, der Gastgeber war außerordentlich zuvorkommend, wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, unsere Koffer waren verloren und er hat sich wie selbstverständlich um den Kontakt gekümmert und auch bei einer nachfolgenden Erkrankung hat er sofort Hilfe angeboten. Wir waren fassungslos und glücklich über so viel Empathie und Hilfeangebote. Alles hat rundherum gepasst. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Cons: Der Pool war ein paar Tage sehr laut, da wir nicht wussten, woran es liegt und dachten, es wäre evtl. normal, da wir uns nicht auskannten und haben deshalb den Gastgeber nicht kontaktiert. Das Problem erledigte sich aber dann von selbst. Es wäre zudem schön, wenn es eine Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe des Hauses geben könnte, da die Steigungen und Gefälle schon schwierig für Ungeübte sein können. Aber es hat uns trainiert :-)

Mooie rustige plek met mooi uitzicht.

Pros: De rust. Locatie vlak bij mooie wandelroutes in de bergen. Huis netjes en schoon, alles aanwezig wat nodig is. Aardige eigenaar. We kwamen pas laat aan in de avond, alles was dicht. De eigenaar bracht brood, ham en water.
