Our modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the seafront in Ilfracombe, just steps from the well known only purpose built Wetherspoons, charming cafes, restaurants, Wildersmouth beach, Landmark theatre, Ilfracombe Harbour, and the iconic statue 'Verity' by Damien Hirst. All within short walking distance.

Start your day with a delicious breakfast overlooking the harbor at The Bay Cafe, before exploring the town and its stunning coastline. For lunch, enjoy a relaxed meal at the much loved George and Dragon, and in the evening, a memorable dining experience at the renowned Smugglers Restaurant on the harbour. From sunrise to sunset, Ilfracombe offers the perfect blend of great food, coastal charm, and unforgettable views.

Designated free parking in front of the apartment is easy and steps from the front entrance. Once you enter the building, an elevator will take you directly to our front door, alternatively it's one short flight of stairs.
