Our comfortable holiday rental is quietly located at the end of a side street in a prime residential area of Leer-Heisfelde and invites you to relax and unwind.
Features a beautiful terrace with an open fish pond. Therefore, not suitable for families with small children!
The holiday rental is spread over two floors. The ground floor was renovated in 2022. 
It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the East Frisia Hiking Trail.
The pedestrian zone, the historic old town, and the harbour are approximately 2.5 km away. The nearest bus stop is about 300 m away.
Free Wi-Fi is available. Parking is available right next to the house.

Grahn Holiday Rental:

With its cleverly laid-out 100 square metres, our holiday rental is the ideal size for you to feel at home, whether you’re travelling alone or with up to 4 people.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a cosy living, dining, and kitchen area with an adjoining terrace and barbecue facilities.
TV and Wi-Fi are available.
A washing machine and dryer are also provided and can be used free of charge.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all standard appliances and a dishwasher.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms (one with a 180 cm x 200 cm box spring bed and one with two single beds) and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. 
Rental available only to holiday guests!



Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Wonderful stay

It was a wonderful stay. Everything was available on site. The peace and quiet is perfect. As dog owners, we were impressed by the Julianenpark, about 1 km away. Shady walking paths between old beech trees. And a very large dog park in the center. If Leer in a holiday apartment, then here again.
